Jess is a yoga instructor at Warriors Heart who is passionate about helping others grow into stronger, healthier, and more fulfilled versions of themselves—mind, body, and spirit. She holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science and Physical Education, along with a minor in Nutrition and an Associate’s degree in General Science. Her education and experience allow her to approach wellness with both knowledge and intention.
Coming from a proud military family as the granddaughter, niece, and partner of service members, Jess has a deep respect for resilience, service, and the importance of strong support systems. She is also a devoted mother of three children and two bonus boys, and her family is at the heart of everything she does.
In addition to teaching yoga, Jess is a Realtor and exercise expert who is dedicated to helping others build better lives—whether that’s through movement, mindset, or finding a place to call home.
Outside of her work, she enjoys traveling, soaking up beach days, growing her own vegetables, chasing chickens, cooking, reading, exercising, and spending quality time with her loved ones and two fur babies.
Jess brings authenticity, compassion, and a strong sense of purpose into every space she steps into, with a mission to help others heal, grow, and step into the best version of themselves.
My “why” for teaching yoga at Warriors Heart is rooted in faith, healing, and the belief that we are all stronger than the battles we face. Life doesn’t come without challenges, but I truly believe those moments are where God meets us, strengthens us, and helps us grow.
Yoga became a place where I could slow down, breathe, and reconnect—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. It gave me peace in the chaos, clarity in the unknown, and strength when I needed it most.
That’s why I feel so called to share this practice with others. At Warriors Heart, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where people can show up exactly as they are—no pressure, no judgment. Just a place to breathe, move, release, and begin again.
If I can help someone feel even a little more grounded, a little more at peace, and a little stronger in their journey, then I know I’m walking in my purpose. This is more than yoga—it’s healing, growth, and restoration from the inside out.
