I was Born in Houston Texas and grew up in CPS so I moved all over Texas.
While in CPS I met my daughter’s father that enlisted in the army he came back broken and fighting addiction where he lost his battle with life when my daughter was 2 weeks old. I then carried on life as a single mom still in the system until I aged out at 18. Both my parents and sister have struggled with addiction all my life. My father succumbed to his addiction when I was 31 after getting sober yet coming down with a disease from his drug use-habits.
I have been very lucky to have had the resources from CPS and My case worker to motivate me to break the cycle of addiction, I myself have not struggled with addiction but had a horrible dose of Anxiety and PTSD from past trauma. My reason for coming back to Warriors Heart is to be part of breaking the vicious cycle of addiction one Warrior at a time! I am passionate in helping people and thrive off of seeing others get the much-needed help we are all terrified too ask for!
Pick up that phone we are waiting to welcome you to the Heart!
