I’m Autura Hopkins, a Houstonian and member of a huge family, where a lot of love and fond memories were created. I have had the privilege of enduring challenging and fulfilling experiences that have shaped my persona. I’ve been met with empathy, equity, and the belief that healing is both clinical and sacred. It is even more a privilege to share what I’ve been given. It is my hope that every interaction fosters self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.
I’m passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces and I have a commitment to professional and personal growth. It is with pleasure and intent, I show up with purpose, presence, and deep respect for the healing journey.
My Why:
I do this work because I believe healing is a sacred act of reclamation. My “why” is born from witnessing the quiet courage of those who’ve endured trauma, addiction, and isolation—and still choose to fight for their wholeness. Warriors Heart is a community where my values of equity, professionalism, and spiritual alignment are appreciated and come alive.
I’m here to hold space for transformation, not by fixing, but by listening deeply, reflecting truth, and walking alongside each client as they rediscover their strength. I believe in the power of therapeutic language to honor lived experience, and in the importance of adapting care to meet the cultural and emotional needs of each individual. My calling is to blend clinical insight with spiritual warmth, creating healing environments where warriors feel seen, supported, and empowered to reclaim their lives.
