My Why: Hailey Lesznar

Hailey is a mom to wild little boy, 3 going on 16. Recently moved to Ruther Glen in May of 2025 after attending college at Penn State University studying Animal Science! Hailey enjoys anything to do with any animals,her biggest passion is dogs, hands down! Hailey also has a love for nature, hiking, fishing, hunting, anything outdoors!

My Why:

I’m Hailey and I chose to work for Warriors Heart due to my compassion for both people and animals! When I first went to college I majored in Human Services, nothing wrong with the field at all I just found animals were my bigger passion! Where I then switched majors to Animal Sciences. I am so excited to be able to help everyone, both people and animals, to succeed in their future! I am starting school for dog training in the next few months and hope to be able to use those skills here to help bond a dog and patient to live their best life outside of this facility!
