My name is Jennifer, a proud mother of two grown sons and a brand-new grandmother to my first grandson—one of life’s greatest joys. My husband and I are embracing the “empty nester” chapter with open arms, enjoying the freedom it brings while cherishing every moment with our growing family.
I was born and raised in Spotsylvania County, a community that shaped my deep-rooted love for people and helping those in need. That love was strongly influenced by my father, a Vietnam veteran who bravely served our country and sadly lost his battle with Agent Orange in 2018. His sacrifice instilled in me an unwavering respect for our veterans and all those who fight for our freedoms and safety.
With a heart for service and a passion for connection, I strive to live each day with purpose, gratitude, and compassion.
I chose to begin my career at Warriors Heart because I’m the proud daughter and step-daughter of two Vietnam veterans. My father, in particular, was a warrior in every sense of the word. I remember the stories he shared about his time in Vietnam—the good, the bad, and the unknown. Some stories were filled with pride, others with pain, and many more he carried silently. Those memories shaped me deeply and gave me a profound respect for the strength and struggles our veterans endure.
After losing my father to Agent Orange in 2018, I felt a strong calling to honor his legacy in a meaningful way. Joining Warriors Heart is more than a job—it’s a personal mission. It gives me the chance to stand beside those who have served and offer even a small measure of the support and healing they so deserve.
If I can bring hope, comfort, or encouragement to someone in their journey, then I am truly blessed. Warriors Heart is close to my heart, and I am grateful to be part of such an impactful and compassionate community.
