While having worked with great colleagues and clients in the corporate realm, a deeper sense of purpose was always missing. By contrast, I came to Warriors Heart to be part of something deeper. There the meaning of the mission –and its positive impact– is palpable on a daily basis.
While fortunate to have not faced dependency myself, I have seen its ugly effects firsthand upon my family. I have also seen how proven rehabilitation methods, ongoing support structures and a daily pledge to continued sobriety can stop the cycle. At Warriors Heart I can not only be part of the solution but do so systemically and address root causes of dependency. Doing so is extremely rewarding.
It’s an honor to be a part of Warriors Heart and to serve the brave men and women who have selflessly defended the rest of us.
