My Why: Sonya Hayes

Sonya Hayes was born and raised in Louisiana and relocated to Texas in 2021. She began her career in massage therapy in 2012 after earning her massage therapy license from Medical Training College. Sonya currently resides in Bandera with her husband, Larry. Outside of her work, she enjoys being a mom, traveling, and shopping. 

My Why:

My goal is to meet each client where they are and provide a personalized, supportive massage experience. I focus on creating a calm, safe, and comforting space that encourages relaxation and trust. Through thoughtful communication and the gentle, restorative power of massage, I support overall wellness and help promote a sense of balance and well-being.
