I’m a hometown girl, raised in Bandera, Texas. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Tarleton State University before returning home to raise my three children: twin boys and a daughter. I come from a family with a proud legacy of service — my grandfather served in the U.S. Navy during WWII, several extended family members have served in the military, and my son continues that tradition as a firefighter/paramedic. From a young age, I was taught to deeply respect and appreciate those who put on a uniform, and I developed a strong sense of patriotism that has shaped who I am and inspired me to dedicate my life to serving those who serve us.
That respect has grown into a personal passion and calling. Helping warriors overcome addiction and post-traumatic stress is more than just a job to me — it’s my mission. These brave men and women deserve the same steadfast support they have given to others. I’m honored to walk alongside them on their journey toward healing and choosing life. Serving this community is one of the greatest privileges of my life, and I thank God every day for placing me here to help bring warriors home.
My Why:
I have always admired the courage and quiet strength of our warriors and the sacrifices they make every day. My respect for them is deeply personal, with family members who have served our country and a son who serves our community. I believe they deserve unwavering support, and it is my honor to stand beside them in their fight to choose life over addiction and PTS. Serving this community is not just what I do — it’s a passion.
