Sonya Marie Louvierre Taylor was born to wonderful parents and raised in Southwest Louisiana. She grew up in the fun “Cajun Life” along with her brother, sister and many family members. She loves her heritage and also have been gifted with this great thing called the “Joie de Vivre” an (exuberant enjoyment of life). At the age of twenty one, she met and married a Texan, thus the move to Utopia, Texas, where for twenty seven years she made a home and raised her beautiful children. Sonya now reside happily in Bandera for the last sixteen years. Sonya recently retired after twelve years in law enforcement from the Bandera County Sheriffs Office as their jail secretary. Sonya joined the Warriors Heart team because her friends Louie and Christina Moreno were inspirational and encouraging in her joining the WH team so soon after retirement. Sonya is a very proud “LOVIE” to her five Grandbabies that her Son and Daughter, along with their Spouses gave her. She especially loves her coffee in the morning with cream and sugar, just like a dessert. Lol She also enjoys family vacations to the beach at Port A, and mostly any free time spending life with the people she love.
