I have always known I wanted to help people in need, which is why I am working toward my nursing degree. Coming from a family rooted in both medicine and military service, I have seen firsthand how deeply addiction and PTSD impact lives. I have known people who struggled so hard that they lost their fight, and that experience drives me to make a difference.
For me, this work is about giving back to the people who give so much of themselves every day. Our warriors deserve the same help and support they provide to others, and I want to be part of making sure they receive it.
I was born and raised in Bandera, and when I’m not focused on helping others, you can usually find me shooting archery professionally, a hobby that keeps me grounded, focused, and resilient.
