Client Relations Employee

June 5, 2018

“Warriors Heart is a great place to work, The owners care about their staff and well-being of their clients. They are dedicated to bringing 1 million warriors home. It is a fast growing company still getting systems and processes’ down. Warriors Heart works on Personal development with employee’s. The most enjoyable part of working at Warriors Heart is the Team, everyone is hand-picked and here for a reason, they all care about the Clients they are serving and each other. Flexible work environment, workplace culture is a little goofy, they like to break the barrier and have fun.”

Great Culture and Service Oriented
Client Relations Employee

“I’ve worked in other treatment centers and Warriors Heart really cares about their clients. My co-workers were all dedicated to the mission and while it is tough work at times (fast paced and dealing with people who are struggling), it was worth it when the clients thanked us for helping them. The food was so good and everyone loved cookie day! I saw other reviews about high turnover but that can happen in this type of work, not everyone has an easy time dealing with addiction and high emotions.”

Great place to work while helping those who risk everything for us!
Culinary Employee

“I truly love getting up every day and going to a job where I know my impact will help save the life of those who have risked everything for us. Warriors Heart has a mission of warriors healing warriors which I have been privileged enough to witness on multiple occasions. Through the hard work of management and staff multiple lives of military and first responders have been turned around. Being able to work alongside so many people who truly care about those they are caring for brings so much satisfaction to my life. People may say this organization is ruthless, cut throat, and demanding but that is due to the fact they only want the best taking care of those at their facility. Just like in the military world only the best of the best will survive and those are the warriors that management wants alongside them helping other warriors in need. Management will always have your six at Warriors Heart no matter the situation. If you want a job where every day you reap the benefits of your heard work and determination, this is the place for you.”
