Alumni Program: Connected for Life
You’re not alone, even after you leave campus.
Leaving treatment can feel like stepping back into the world without armor. Life doesn’t slow down. Triggers don’t disappear. Expectations show up fast. The people around you may not fully understand what you’ve been through or what you’re still carrying.
You built something real on campus. Routine. Trust with peers who get it. Accountability. Purpose. All of that changes the moment you drive away.
The Warriors Heart Alumni Program exists for one simple reason: so no warrior has to walk this part alone. Recovery doesn’t end at discharge. For many warriors, that’s when it truly begins. That’s when you find out if the skills stick. If the connections hold. If you can actually live sober in the real world.
That’s why your alumni community shows up. Warriors who’ve been where you are. Warriors who understand the transition. Warriors who believe in your recovery as much as you do.
Alumni Stories
Led by Warriors who’ve walked the path
The Warriors Heart Alumni Program is led by a Warriors Heart alumnus who understands this journey firsthand. Our alumni leader completed treatment at Warriors Heart and has dedicated themselves to ensuring no warrior walks the road of recovery alone. Leadership grounded in lived experience makes all the difference.

Your recovery toolkit: The Warriors Heart App
Available exclusively to Warriors Heart alumni.
The Warriors Heart app is built specifically for our alumni community. It’s your pocket connection to the Warriors Heart ecosystem, giving you daily practices, peer support, and tangible proof that sobriety works.
What the app offers:
- Daily practices: Practice of the Day (from Tom Spooner), S.A.V.E.R.S., Nightly Inventory, guided meditation
- Track your progress: Days sober, money and time saved through sobriety, wellness tracking, badges for milestones
- Connect with alumni: Chat with fellow warriors, find a sponsor or become one, join your state’s Alumni Chapter
- Find support: Locate meetings (Warriors Anonymous, AA, NA, Al-Anon), access emergency hotlines, request Facebook alumni group access
- Access your Mission My Life anytime, anywhere
The app keeps you grounded in daily practice, connected to your community, and accountable to your recovery.

What alumni support looks like
This isn’t about perfection or performance. It’s about connection, accountability, and showing up for each other.

If you completed treatment at Warriors Heart, whether recently or years ago, you are part of this community. Distance, time, or life changes don’t change that. You can opt in anytime.
Why this matters
Isolation is one of the biggest threats to long-term recovery.
Staying connected, even imperfectly, can make the difference between reaching out and pulling away.
The QRF network has responded to dozens of calls from alumni who needed immediate support. Sometimes it’s a conversation. Sometimes it’s a ride to a meeting. Sometimes it’s just knowing someone will answer the phone. Real warriors show up for each other when it matters most.
The Alumni Program exists to remind every warrior: you still belong, and you still matter.
Stay connected
If you’re an alum, you don’t have to wait until you’re struggling to reach out. Join anytime.

If you need help right now
If things feel overwhelming, reach out sooner rather than later. You won’t be judged.
Warriors Anonymous (WA) Meetings
For ongoing peer support and accountability, Warriors Anonymous meetings are available to all alumni.

Ready to Take the Next Step?
You’ve handled pressure, responsibility, and situations most people never face.
Asking for help doesn’t take that away. It protects it.
If drugs have started to take more than they give, you don’t have to figure this out alone. Support is available right now, and the conversation is confidential.
