Victoria Billups is a dedicated Resident in Counseling, National Certified Counselor, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) who brings warmth, empathy, and a strong foundation in evidence-based care to her clinical practice. Born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia, she initially served her community as an inner-city school teacher before transitioning to mental health advocacy. Victoria earned her graduate degree from Liberty University and further specialized her expertise by completing a post-master’s certificate program in Trauma-Informed Clinical Practice at the New York University Silver School of Social Work, equipping her to support diverse populations through healing and growth. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys embracing a balanced lifestyle by spending quality time with family and friends, getting outdoors to enjoy nature, staying active through exercise, and caring for her two cats, Elsa and Belle.
Victoria’s calling to Warriors Heart is deeply personal, inspired by a close family member’s military service and their courageous healing journey through substance use. Driven by this profound lived experience, she is dedicated to bringing hope and restoration to first responders, veterans, and active-duty military personnel. As a dual clinician, she combines her rigorous training in trauma-informed care with genuine compassion to help warriors navigate the intersection of mental health and addiction. Ultimately, she considers it a true privilege to walk alongside those who have sacrificed so much, guiding them toward lasting healing, renewed purpose, and strength.
