My Why:
I can honestly say helping people is what makes me happy. I have seen family members and friends that have given in to the struggle that comes with addiction and the pain it causes within themselves and people closest to them. I have tried to always be someone who they can come to when they need someone to talk to. To be in the position to be able to help my brothers and sisters in arms and first responders with their struggles is my why. Being a positive role model for my boys and showing them you can help someone is my why.
