Bailey LaHouse
Program Director
Bailey LaHouse was born in Bossier City, Louisiana, and raised in Longview, Texas, where she lived for 24 years. The oldest of five girls, Bailey has always demonstrated strong leadership qualities and a natural drive to serve others. Following high school, she earned a degree in Emergency Medicine and became a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician, later pursuing a secondary degree in Business Administration.
Bailey’s passion for helping others was inspired by her father, a lifelong first responder who has served as a firefighter, paramedic, and SWAT officer. Guided by his example, she has built a career rooted in service, working across various customer service and healthcare fields with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to making a difference.
In 2021, Bailey moved from East Texas to the Hill Country, where she met her wife, Erica, and began building a family both at home and at work. In her free time, Bailey enjoys spending time with her loved ones and creating meaningful memories together.
My Why:
Working with first responders and military personnel struggling with PTSD and substance dependence is deeply personal for Bailey. Having faced her own challenges with PTSD and addiction, she understands the courage it takes to heal. Through perseverance and growth, she has rediscovered the joy of living and the hope of looking forward to the future. Her mission now is to help others find that same light—proving that recovery is possible, and that life after pain can be meaningful and full of purpose.
