Kayle Christian
Human Resources Director
Kayle Christian is a dedicated Human Resources professional with a strong commitment to supporting people and building positive workplace cultures. Raised in Bandera, Texas, she has deep roots in the community and a passion for serving others. After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, Kayle began her career in the construction industry working with General Contractors, where she discovered her true calling in Human Resources.
Over the past several years, she has developed expertise in compliance, employee relations, and organizational development, which she now brings to her role at Warriors Heart. Kayle is proud to serve on the Warriors Heart team.
Kayle has twin boys, Jace and Ryan, who keep her on her toes. In her spare time, she enjoys event planning, spending time with family and good coffee.
My Why:
The Warriors Heart motto “Strength Through Healing” speaks to my soul.
I have personal experience with PTSD and the healing process after a traumatic experience from a major car accident I was in as a young teen. My fight to recover has made me compassionate and given me a fierce drive to help others. I feel grateful and proud to serve in a role that gives back to our nations warriors especially the first responders who took the call to save my life that night and countless other lives since.
