She has a servant’s heart and enjoys caring for the needs of patients in any type of setting.
My Why:
Throughout my nursing career I have worked in many clinical settings as a bedside nurse and also in management. I have thoroughly enjoyed both settings but over the years have found that I am most fulfilled when providing direct care to clients, regardless of the setting. I have worked in a vast area of nursing, both in and out of the hospital setting. I love to see those whom I care for progress towards health and I am fulfilled in being a part of their journey. Nursing has been more than a career for me. It has been a calling and I am always aware that those who I provide care for are relying on me to provide the highest quality of care and I strive to use my past career experiences to benefit them. I am humbled and honored to use my nursing experience to provide care to the veterans who have given so much of themselves so that I can continue to enjoy the freedoms that we have in this country. On a personal level, I have three grown children, one daughter and two sons. They are my greatest accomplishment in life and I cherish every moment I get to spend with them and am hoping for grandchildren very soon!
